We move repeatable imports and exports to supervised routines, starting with one. We reconcile or automate one recurring job, with second-person approval and a check afterwards. Success criteria and exclusions are agreed in writing.

Old and new run side by side until the numbers agree. Then the old system is retired, with evidence nothing was lost.

We email a numbered pro-forma invoice. Pay it by bank transfer to our Tide account using the reference on it, or by card or Pay by Bank from the payment link on the invoice. We start once the money arrives.
