By accessing entidex.com, the Entidex dashboard, or the Entidex API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Entidex is operated by ENTIDEX LTD, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17250646 (“Entidex”, “we”).
Entidex is an observation layer. We collect, resolve, and synthesise publicly available signals about entities. Entidex does not generate, manipulate, or amplify those signals \u2014 we observe and time-stamp what already exists in the public record. All scores, sentiment readings, and commentary are derived from observable evidence and are provided for informational purposes only.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for service outages exceeding the SLA published on the status page.
The underlying observations point to public sources retained by their original publishers. The Entidex synthesis, scoring algorithms, evidence graph, and presentation are owned by ENTIDEX LTD. Paid subscribers receive a non-exclusive licence to use Entidex output internally for the duration of their subscription.
Entidex is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any observation reflects ground truth. Entidex output is not professional advice and must not be the sole basis for hiring, investment, regulatory, or legal decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Inaccuracies, right-to-be-forgotten requests, DMCA complaints, and any other removal request must be sent via the takedown channel so we can verify the request and respond inside our 72-hour SLA.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
