Request a takedown or correction

Entidex is an observation layer. Every signal we publish points back to a public source. If something we have published is inaccurate, out of date, or you are exercising a legal right to removal, this is the single place to file the request.

How to file

Email takedown@entidex.com

Please include the items below so we can triage and respond inside our 72-hour SLA. Requests missing the identifiers take longer because we have to ask follow-up questions.

  • Entity URL(s) on entidex.com (for example https://entidex.com/entity/your-slug).
  • Request type — takedown, correction, GDPR Article 17 (right to be forgotten), CCPA, or other.
  • Your relationship to the entity — owner, representative, subject (for person entities), or legal counsel.
  • What is wrong — the specific claim, signal, or datapoint you contest. Screenshots help.
  • Evidence — anything that supports the request (court order, original source being misrepresented, dated correction notice, etc.).
SLA

72-hour first response

We acknowledge every request within 72 hours. Substantive resolution depends on the request type — legal removals are actioned faster than disputed-claim corrections that require re-running observations.

Methodology

Why we cite, never assert

Every signal on Entidex is observational. See the methodology for how signals are sourced and time-stamped to the source that produced them.

GDPR Article 17 — Right to be forgotten

Person entities have an unconditional right to request erasure under GDPR Article 17. We honour valid requests by removing the entity record, its associated observations, and any cached signals. Requests for non-person entities (companies, products, brands) are evaluated under our editorial policy and applicable law on a case-by-case basis.

This form is the canonical takedown channel. Tickets opened through support are forwarded here for the audit trail.
